Listed below are ways you can
help Smile and we pray that as you read through the areas of need, you will
discover a window of opportunity for you. We need people to support us
prayerfully, financially and practically. Every contribution, whether it be
large or small, will help us to help others. If you would like further
information on how you can help support Smile International, or to request a speaker for your church,
school or meeting, please contact the Smile
office.
We would like to thank everyone who gives so
generously to support our ministry
GIFTS
Smile International relies on the generosity of its supporters, people
like you, for its work. As a registered charity, number 1079730, we are
dependent on voluntary income, and through general donations we are able
to respond quickly whenever a need arises, and well as continue our work
helping to tackle the underlying causes of poverty. If you wish to
donate to Smile, full details are on our
Donations page.
PRAYER PARTNERS
If you would like to pray for the work of Smile on a regular basis, why not become a Smile Prayer Partner? You will be kept informed of our prayer needs through
our monthly Prayer Calendar which can be posted, or
emailed to you as a Word document. We can also send you email updates
inbetween the Calendars. The text of the current month's Calendar is published on the
Prayer Partners page where you may also download the
Calendar as a Word document. We greatly esteem and value the advantage the Lord intends us to gain through this largely unseen
activity and would like to thank all those who continue to support our ministry
in this way.
AID
We are very grateful to all our
supporters who have given aid and Christmas shoeboxes, and knitted clothes,
blankets and toys. Full details of types of aid required is on the
Aid Guidelines page. The cost of sending the aid
by truck from London to the Balkans is approximately £3,000

Those appointed must share Smile’s Christian ethos and be in agreement with our

of strategic planning, finance, marketing, communications, fundraising or
project management; though people with other relevant skills are welcome to
express an interest. If you would like to be considered, please send in a
covering letter, outlining why you would like to join the Board of Trustees,
what skills you are able to contribute, along with your C.V., to Ruth Doubleday,
Director.
