How big of an organisation are you?

We are not a huge organisation; we have a 6-member strong team in the UK and through our partner organisations, there are over 25 staff and volunteers overseas. This helps to keep costs considerably lower here in the UK which means more funds are spent overseas helping to turn tears into smiles.
